CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in a therapist's day that could be filled by another patient. Therefore, 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment is required. Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice or miss their appointment are subject to a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.
